Joe Elgin designed Playboy 80. High performing pylon model that can be built as a cabin model, but performs superbly in pylon configuration with a superb glide and climb.
Suits up to 60 4 strokes. Basic RC modifications are shown on the plan.

The original Playboy was 80" span and the reduced Junior version (67.5 inch span), flies just as well as it big brother, but is designed for small electric motors or 26 size 4 strokes. The Jr is a reduced version of the original Playboy 80 inch design, same profiles and same outlines and flies just as well!
Both of the Parts Set includes all the shaped wood parts, ribs, formers, tip shapes, plyon, dihedral braces etc, plus a full size plan showing R/C Assist modifications - just add your own selected stripwood and covering.
Suits the original 540/geared motor, but we use an Eflite 10 brushless outrunner, which with a 3 cell 1200 pack gets it to over 1200ft in a minute.
Requires 3 channel radio. In the interest of clarification, if it is needed, we use the term Jr to imply a smaller version of the 80 inch Playboy Sr. We know you already understood that, but just in case.
