A reduced version of the easy to build Simplex. The Simplex 40 can be flown free flight with a Mills 75 or RC Assist with similar engine or electric (we used an AXI 2208/34)
The Parts Sets includes wing ribs, formers, cowl sides, tip outlines and other smaller components. Two bulkheads - one for electric and one with 3/8" bearer holes are included, as is an electric mount suitable for many motors. This kit includes a plan. Span 40 inches, weight about 16oz (900g)
Our model is covered in Solartex, with Solarlac paint trim, and finally Clearcote for fuel proofing. The engine is a Red Fin 061 - no throttle - http://www.redfinengines.com/product-category/diesel-engines/.
